The 2015-2016 F150s look at their best when they're way up in the air at an absolutely towering ride height, however, most basic lift kits only include strut spacers that reuse your factory struts and springs, which can cause a sub-par street ride and absolutely no improvement at all when it comes to off-road performance. That's why we here at Stage 3 Motorsports have combine one of our favorite 2015-2016 F150 6" lift kits with some of our favorite 2015-2016 F150 stock-replacement coilovers to give you and your truck a lift kit that rides great and performs wonderfully both on and off-road without totally breaking your bank. This awesome lift kit and suspension package gets your F150 the huge lift that it needs to mount up massive tires along with a capable front coilover suspension that provides excellent on-road ride quality and improved off-road performance so that you can take your towering truck just about anywhere.
Complete Zone Suspension Lift Kit for 6" of Ride Height over Stock
Zone's 6" Lift Kit comes with everything your F150 needs to get a full six inches of extra front ride height, along with a full set of rear lift components that give your truck a near-level stance. The front lift is provided by a pair of strut spacers that install on top of the coilovers included in this kit and bolt on with Zone's provided installation hardware. Along with the spacers, Zone includes a full set of high-quality hardware that corrects your F150's front suspension and drivetrain geometry, including front and rear crossmembers that lower the lower control arm mounts, differential drop brackets for bringing down the front differential and correcting CV angles, and ductile cast iron knuckles with lifted spindles to correct your UCA angles. The kit also includes a differential skid plate between the two crossmembers to keep your front diff adequately protected. For the rear, Zone includes 5" lift blocks and your choice of either Zone's standard hydro shocks, Zone's performance nitro shocks, or a set of BDS Fox 2.0 rear shocks for 6" lift kits. An Auto Spring Add-a-Leaf Kit can also be added to the Zone kit if you want some extra rake for towing, of if you're planning on taking the coilovers up slightly in ride height.
Performance Stock-Replacement Coilovers with Excellent Ride Quality
F150's Boss Coilovers have been some of our favorite stock replacement coilovers for a good while now, and they offer an incredibly smooth street ride and enough off-road performance and strength to handle most off-road applications without letting you down. The Boss coilovers are a true coilover assembly that combines a 2" shock body with specialized valving and a 700lb-in Eibach ERS coil spring. The coilovers feature a gas-charged monotube piston design that provides excellent levels of response off-road, while the specially-tuned valving keeps your F150's street ride incredibly smooth. The shock body is made out of heavy-duty steel and comes with a zinc chromate finish to protect against corrosion. The coilovers are capable of up to 3" of additional ride height, and come preset at roughly 2.75" of ride height out of the box over stock. However, we
strongly recommend lowering them to stock ride height before installation with the Zone 6" Lift Kit and to not exceed 1" of additional ride height over stock at maximum due to the design of the 2015-2016 F150's UCAs. A spanner wrench will be included in this package for dropping the coilovers' ride heights.
Carrier Bearing Drop Bracket: Zone's carrier bearing drop bracket is required for F150s with a two-piece driveshaft.
Wheel fitment: factory 17" and 18" wheels will not fit with this lift kit, and a minimum of a 18x9" wheel with a maximum of 5.50" of backspace will be required. Factory 20" FX4 and Platinum wheels will fit, but will be limited to a maximum of a 305/60R20 tire. Test-fit all 18" wheels for tie-rod clearance.
Requires Cutting: this kit requires some cutting of your truck's subframe for proper installation. Zone provides detailed instructions.
