We've paired up one of our top Super Duty Exhaust Systems and a Cold Air Intake with the latest technology of tuners on the market in order to give your Super Duty the perfect balance of horsepower and torque to increase your towing and overall performance. With our Phase 2 Performance Kit, we give you the choice between (2) of our top selling SCT tuners, (3) different exhaust finishes, as well as (2) different styles of Cold Air Intake Systems from S&B. From towing your toys to the lake, dominating some extreme off-road trails or hauling heavy loads to and from the work site, our Phase 2 Performance Kit will free up those restrictive factory stock components and provide you with 3 custom 5 Star tunes you can use to dial up the most optimum settings for what you use your truck for the most.
S&B Cold Air Intake For Improved Performance
Matched up with a Cold Air Intake from industry-leader S&B, our Phase 2 Package gives you the ultimate increase in towing power, torque, horsepower and even improved fuel economy. Equipped with massive tubing and an over-sized air filter, S&B's Cold Air Intake frees up the restrictions of your factory system and allows your engine to breathe in more cold charge air which helps your Super Duty to perform at peak levels. With its high-flow air filter, heat shield mount and MAF housing with clear plastic display, it installs easily in place of your stock intake system and gives your engine compartment an updated, custom appearance.
Cold Air Intake Options: S&B offers (2) options of Cold Air Intakes for your 6.7L Super Duty. Both include the same tubing, heat shield and MAF housing, but you get to choose between having a washable, reusable Cotton Air Filter or Disposable Multi-Layered Air Filter. Connected to your DPF-back pipe, your new MBRP Exhaust System improves fuel economy, horsepower, torque and throttle response. Choose between their Aluminized Installer Series, Stainless Steel XP-Series or Black Series to complete your Stage 2 Kit, using the drop-down above. Each of the 3 exhaust system choices include a muffler-delete pipe which provides a huge reduction in back pressure which lowers EGTs, improves performance, and uncorks a big, mean engine you can't help but notice.
Program The Perfect Settings With An SCT Tuner
Your 6.7L Super Duty comes stock with plenty of power, but if you need more performance for specific situations like towing or off-road adventures, you can unleash its true potential with a custom tune created to meet your specific needs. Together with 5 Star Tuning, we work to create the perfect settings for your needs with 3 custom tunes made exactly to your truck's unique specifications (wheel/tire size, lift, cold air intake, etc.) and an SCT Tuner that can allow you to dial it up in minutes. Choose between SCT's Livewire Tuner, with its 4" touch screen display, or the convenient hand-held X4. Either tuner will give you the capability of switching between one of your 3 "canned" SCT tunes or custom towing, high-performance, and fuel economic settings at your finger tips. Both the X4 and Livewire include a suction cup mount that allows it to be attached to your windshield and communicates with our engine using your OBD-II port.

While SCT's Livewire and X4 Tuners both come pre-loaded with 3 "canned" tunes, our custom tunes are guaranteed to vastly improve your Super Duty's performance. Off-the-shelf pre-programmed devices are built to include the minimal changes needed to accomplish some additional power and mileage. They only change the programming that is common between all the specific engines they are intended for. Our friends at 5 Star Tuning take all of the information about your Super Duty as well as any aftermarket upgrades you've made to your truck over stock (lift kit, over-sized tires, cold air intake, high-performance exhaust, upgraded throttle body, etc.) and create a specific tune to relay to your engine via your SCT Tuner.

5 Star Super Duty 6.7L Custom Tuning Process
After you order your tuner, within one business day, we send you an email with tuning information that we require for your truck. If you don't receive an email, please check your spam/junk folders. After you
completely fill out your tuning information, send it back to
[email protected]. We'll then forward the information to 5 Star Tuning who will write your tunes and upload them onto your tuner. Your tuner and tunes will be shipped out roughly one business day only
