Keeps Transmission Temperatures Cooler During Heavy Towing and Hauling

While the 2015-2017 F150s with a 6R80 and the 2017-2019 Raptors are pretty capable tow rigs, but once you start pushing their GVWRs and GCWRs, you can see your F150's transmission temperatures and coolant temperatures start to get up into the range where performance starts to drop off or where your truck can go into limp mode. To help, Mishimoto has developed this performance Transmission Cooler that fits 2015-2017 F150s with a 6R80 6-speed transmission and 2017-2019 Raptors. Mishimoto's F150 Transmission Cooler features a larger core and surface area than the stock transmission cooler which gets your truck cooler transmission temperatures, especially if your truck isn't equipped with a factory transmission cooler. The Mishimoto F150 Transmission cooler bolts on using the mounting points for the stock transmission cooler, though additional hose sets will be required on F150s that did not come with a stock transmission cooler from the factory.

Much Larger Core and Surface Area than Stock with Bolt-On Installation

Mishimoto's Transmission Cooler was designed from the ground up to give your F150 or Raptor cooler transmission temperatures all in a straightforward installation that makes it a breeze to turn your truck into a true towing rig. Mishimoto's transmission cooler features a 184% greater fluid capacity than stock, along with a 105% larger core volume and a total surface area of 212% greater than stock. The transmission cooler's core features a tube-fin design with 10 rows that still effectively cools your transmission fluid, but still allows airflow to reach your condenser and radiator so that you don't lose the capability of either. The transmission cooler features an all-aluminum construction and comes with bolt-on brackets that allows for a fairly straightforward installation. Mishimoto includes all installation hardware and instructions. Mishimoto even backs their transmission cooler with a limited lifetime warranty.

For 6-speed F150s only: this transmission cooler will only fit F150s equipped with 6R80 6-speed transmissions, and will not fit F150s with a 10R80 10-speed transmission.
