3.5" Diameter Mandrel-Bent Exhaust Tubing

This aggressive Diamond Eye Cat-Back Exhaust Kit bolts on right in place of your truck's factory exhaust system in an easy install that can take less than an hour. The Diamond Eye kit features 3.5" diameter tubing that's all mandrel-bent to help improve exhaust outflow and reduce restrictions. The kit is made out of low-cost aluminized steel and comes standard with a high-performance muffler that produces a deep, throaty, and aggressively loud tone to give your truck a great sound to go along with all that power. The kit comes with both hardware and instructions for installation.

2011 f150 ecoboost

2011 f150 cc/sb ecoboost Took about three hours by my self, one of the better kits I have installed (especially for the price) I would recommend welding the section over the axle and get some jack stands to remove the old system in one piece. Sounds good,pretty mellow tone, nearly silent off throttle.

It took about 2 hours to removed and install new exhaust. works well turbo comes faster . haven't worked it yet with my travel trailer. not much drone but it has alittle

Decent kit for the price. Head pipe isn’t the best fit but it will go. Resonance isn’t bad unless your pushing it making it loud

2913 F150 Crew

I have done quite a few of these exhaustion stalls over the years since the aluminized only last about three to four years and the Midwestern states here like Minnesota but the kit went together relatively well had a few bent tubes edges that you just have to tap around with a hammer to make sure they fit properly. insulation was pretty straightforward installed in under an hour I added a 5 inch tip after I cut a few inches off the tailpipe Section and I chose to tac weld the seams as it seems to be much more rigid . The system sounds good fairly quiet for normal driving little Drone at 60 but the addition of your stock resonator should help that if you so choose and Stephalee not as loud as the dual exhaust I replaced but the overall performance and tone when you're in the throttle is pleasant it is louder outside the truck then it is inside watching it driveway

2011 F150 Ecoboost

Took about 1 hrs with 2 people doing it. Great sound at start and at idle but very loud on acceleration and droning in cab is very noticeable. Going to try using the stock reasonator and see if that helps.

2014 F150 STX 5.0L

My son has a two post lift so time to take out the old and put in the new was about 45 mins. The fit and finish of the Diamond Eye was excellent. The sound on the coyote engine is amazing. But, for me a bit too aggressive. I put a 16 race bullet as a resonator and it was still quite noticeable in the cab. I tried hard to get this sound when I was much younger, so those of you that like that nice rumble in the cab without the windows open, this was a great setup. I ended up putting a Walker short designed resonator on it so all the sound goes out the pipe. Nice very low rumble in cab until you get on it, then it's quite fun. I plan on trying an 18 Vibrant Performance bottle resonator to let more of the exhaust out. The Walker restricts just a bit, so I did loose a tad on the throttle response. For a low cost, but nicely put together system, this one fits the bill
