4" Diameter Mandrel-Bent Exhaust Tubing

This aggressive Diamond Eye cat-back exhaust kit bolts on right in place of your truck's factory exhaust system in an easy install that can take less than an hour. The Diamond Eye kit features 4" diameter tubing that's all mandrel-bent to help improve exhaust outflow and reduce restrictions. The kit is made out of low-cost aluminized steel and comes standard with a high-performance muffler that produces a deep, throaty, and aggressively loud tone to give your truck a great sound to go along with all that power. Best Exhaust under $500! Diamond Eye 4 Exhaust - 2014 5.0 FX4

This exhaust kit is a great value! Very mild yet noticeable tone over stock at idle and low throttle without adding a lot of sound inside the cab. Comes alive when you put the pedal down. Install was very easy. Took me less than an hour to drop the old exhaust and install the new one by myself in my driveway. No power tools, no jack stands, no lift,just a pair of ratchets and sockets. I left off the tail pipe section so it just dumps behind the axle for a clean no tip look since I have a blacked out truck. Very Very pleased with this exhaust! Especially for the money!

2014 crew long box 4x4

Easy removal, install tricky, attaching exhaust to flange at the y pipe. Seal was not 100% unless you have exhaust mounted at exact angle. Idle sounds great, drone under load at 1500 rpm through 3000. This is a good thing if you want to save fuel. I backed off at those rpms, drone went away and I was still accelerating. Raspy when floored but only if your window is down. Worth every penny. The F150 sounds like a truck now.

Pretty Sweet

The 4 inch exhaust fits and looks great on my F150. It sounds good at all RPM on the 5.0 except when it's rapped out at full throttle, it pops and claps. Overall I am happy and would recommend it to anyone. Especially for the price.

Wow. I knew it would be louder, but this is just awesome. Nice deep rumble, nothing crazy. Install wasn't too bad. Sounds like a totally different truck

2011, Ford, F-150 3.5 ecoboost

The exhaust sounds so much better than what I was expecting! The sound is very deep and my turbos are much louder from the exhaust. The only problem that I ran into was cutting the piece of exhaust to make it fit. I used a reciprocating saw that cut the metal just fine but I shortened the piece a little too short.

2012 5.0

Install was straight forward, definitely helps to have another person just for extra set of hands. Sounds great, nice low grumble sound at startup and idle, not intrusive but better than stock. At WOT this this just screams. Slight drone in the cab at cruising RPM but not nearly as bad as some that I have heard. Overall extremely pleased with the purchase.

Fast shipping, came within 2 days. Took about 45 mins to install wasnt hard at all. I took the muffler out an replaced it with a straight piece of pipe an wow! It is loud nkw just how I wanted it.

2013 F150 FX4 Ecoboost

Sounds pretty good. Was easy to install. I'm happy with this product. I did see a .75 mpg gain. I have install an Afe cold air intake and ordered a SCT X4 tuner with 5 custom tunes from 5 star. I now have to take my truck to the dealer ship to update the computer. I haven't seen any more mpg gains with the intake, but it has only been a few days and I have been warming my truck in the mornings and doing a little more in town driving.

2013 f-150 lariat 5.0

Not a bad system. Much more tamed than I thought it was gonna be. Next to no drone in the cab and has a real deep sound. The directions are absolutely terrible. But with a little common sense you can figure it out. Did it by myself in the driveway in about an hour. Had to jack up the right side to slide the factory exhaust out. An electric impact is your best friend on this job.

Install was super easy and exhaust is great quality although not as loud as I would like...I would recommend diamond allowing an option for a resonator instead of a muffler but still sounds way better than stock.

2014 f150 5.0

So far I am liking this exhaust it looks good and is quiet at idle and not too loud at cruising speeds before this exhaust I had cut the factory muffler off and straight piped it and the truck has gotten quieter at idle and very similar hitting the throttle so I’m enjoying this exhaust a lot

You do not have to tune for this cat-back, or any other cat-back exhaust system on the 5.0L F150s.

WIll the stock tip from my Platinum fit on this exhaust? Looking for a stock looking 4'' Exhaust.

Your factory tip will not fit this exhaust kit. The kit would require a tip with a 4" inlet diameter to over the Diamond Eye's outlet tube.

Hello. I installed this on my f150 3.5l and sounds nice at idle but when I tested on the road and romped on the gas I herd a few pops out of the back end. Almost like a backfire but not loud and a slight lack in power when it happened. I was wondering if you have any ideas what it might be? And is it hurting my truck?

If it's only happening when you're on the throttle, then you're likely getting spar blow-out, which can be solved by using new spark plugs with tighter gaps. It's unlikely the exhaust kit, though your best bet would be to call us directly at 1-877-578-2433 if spark plugs aren't your issue, or if you believe you're having other problems.

I have 2011 F150 Crew Cab with the 5.5ft bed. Am I going to need to do any cutting in order to install this on my truck?

This kit does not require trimming for 145" wheelbase F150, like those with SuperCrew cabs and 5.5ft beds.

Will this exhaust system fit the longer 6.5ft box - 157" wheel base?

It will, indeed. The kit comes with an intermediate pipe that simply needs to be trimmed by a few inches in order to fit your truck.
