The SuperLift 4.5" Lift Kit for the 2015-2020 F150s comes with heavy-duty lift hardware that's paired with front strut spacers and a set of SuperLift Superride rear shocks that all work together to get your F150 standing tall, looking tough, and riding great both on and off the road. The SuperLift 4.5" Suspension Lift Kit doesn't require welding and comes backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Features 4.5" Strut Spacer with Fabricated Crossmembers and CNC Machined Steering Knuckles

The SuperLift's kit comes with all the front lift hardware you need to get your aggressive F150 build up at a full 4.5" of lift. The actual increase in front ride height is provided by a pair of 4.5" strut spacers that fit on top of your factory coilover assemblies to provide the lift. SuperLift includes a pair of heavy-duty, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles with lifted spindles that correct your F150's UCA and tie rod angles for your truck's new lift height. A front and rear crossmember assembly bridged by a differential skid plate correct your F150's LCA angles, while differential drop brackets work with the knuckle's hub mounts to correct your F150's CV angles. The crossmembers, drop brackets, and strut spacers are made from durable fabricated steel that's laser cut and CNC formed finished with a corrosion-resistant black powder coat finish. SuperLift includes all the necessary hardware you need for installation, including sway bar drop brackets, brake line relocation brackets, and eccentric cam bolts.

Features New Rear Lift Blocks, U-Bolts, and Rear Shocks

The rear lift components include a pair of larger rear blocks that are paired with longer U-bolts and full-length rear shocks. The 3.25" rear blocks feature a fabricated design and installs in place of your F150's factory blocks. The U-bolts come with new nuts and are long enough to handle the the SuperLift blocks while locking them to your F150's rear axle. The blocks provide nearly a dead-level stance when paired with the front lift components to give your F150 a clean and mean look. SuperLift's Superide shocks are designed for to handle the increased lift height of the kit and feature a 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving and hydraulic internal design that provides good ride quality and performance on and off the road.

Fitment:

2015-2020 F150 4WD

Wheel and Tire Fitment: this kit requires wheels with a maximum of 5.50" of backspace in order to clear 12.50" wide tires. Factory 18" and 20" wheels can be used with this lift kit, however, you'll be limited to a maximum of an 11.50" wide tire or close metric equivalent. This kit will not fit with factory 17" wheels. 2015 F150 XLT Supercrew 4x4

I compared this lift to other lifts before I bought it. The next higher priced lift (about 200 more) is from Rough Country. The main difference between the two is that the Rough Country has metal cut out of the cross-members to make it lighter and it has possibly more ground clearance in the front cross-member. I also compared it the Rancho lift which is about 500 more, depending on where you purchase it. That lift has metal tubes connecting the crossmembers which make it stronger. Other than that these three kits really all are extremely similar. They all use strut spacers in the front, lift blocks in the rear, lower crossmembers and new knuckles. I purchased this kit because it was the most affordable and had the same components of higher priced kits. This is my daily driver and I have a Jeep TJ that I use for offroadin, so I knew I wouldn't be doing any extreme offroading in this vehicle. If I had plans on that I probably would've gotten a lift with coilovers. The parts of this kit are beefy and well made. It took me and a friend about 16hrs to install, in my driveway with hand tools and jack stands. It is a two person job because the front differential is very heavy for one person to drop. The instructions are very clear. There is one step where cutting is required, I had to cut several times and put the front differential on and off to check for clearance. Other than that part everything was straight forward. The only other hard part is putting the driveshaft back in the knuckle. You have to be careful with that because if it isn't seated you will crush the 4x4 actuator. It took a few tries to get it seated perfectly. After the install the camber was extremely off and I drove it very slowly to an alignment shop. After alignment it drives smoothly at 75. In fact it drives much better than when I had a leveling kit. I would recommend this kit over the 6 kit because the 6 kit uses the same knuckles as the 4.5 kit and it will change angle of the the upper control arm and pitman arm, to be like if it had a leveling kit. I am running 295/70r18 on aftermarket wheels. I highly recommend this kit.

What size rear block comes with this kit? I assume this kit will make the truck sit level.

This kit includes 3.25" rear block, which will bring the truck close to level since the front adds 4.5" of ride height and the rear is already 2.5" higher than the front from the factory.

Would this lift work with an add a leaf kit? Because to my knowledge this kit levels your vehicle. But I use my trunk and hitch on a daily basis. I want that extra inch up in the trunk.

You can add an add-a-leaf kit to this lift kit, though we'd recommend grabbing a set of longer shocks while you're at like the BDS Fox 2.0s for 6" lifts.

With this kit can I run a 20x9 with a +01mm offset and a true 35x12.5 tire?

Yep. A 20x9" wheel with an 01mm has 5" of backspace, which exceeds this kit's 5.50" maximum backspace requirement to clear a 12.50" wide tire.

Will a 20x12 and 35s fit this kit with 4.75" back spacing?

You'd likely get some rub on your valance when turning or turning while articulating due to the fact that the high negative offset of 20x12" wheel with 4.75" of backspace pushes the apex of the tire out to where the wheel well starts to curve back into the truck. Especially considering that you'd have to run at least a 12.50" wide tire on those wheels, if not wider.
