Free Shipping over $70 from Stage 3 Motorsports!

As most of you are aware, we here at Stage 3 Motorsports offer free shipping through UPS Ground and UPS Freight on all of our orders to the lower 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico not included) with a retail price of $70 or more. Throwing a shipping fee on top of your favorite performance and accessories isn't great, and we avoid charging shipping as much as possible. That's why we offer free shipping on orders over $70, so that you can get your parts without having your wallet raked over the coals. Still, there are a few things you should know about our Free Shipping Policy here at Stage 3:

Expedited Shipping:

Need your parts and accessories faster? Give us a call! We're more than happy to get your stuff on its way in a hurry, whether it's by air, 2-Day, or 1-Day shipping. We can't, however, offer expedited shipping for free. You must call us directly at 1-877-578-2433 or 623-434-5277 if you need expedited shipping on your order.

Freight Shipping:

Many oversized or bulky items will freight ship, and we here at Stage 3 offer free freight shipping. Please read our entire Free Freight Shipping Policy for more detailed information and to make sure your freight items arrive smoothly.

International Shipping

Stage 3 Motorsports can ship parts outside of the United States. If you live outside the borders of the United States, please use our International Shipping Quote Form in order to receive a shipping quote to your country. However, our quote will only be for shipping and will not include a calculation of taxes, duties, or other import fees. All potential duties and taxes will be your responsibility. Our shipping partners will make three attempts to collect duties and taxes before contacting us for further action. If we choose to have the item(s) returned to us, return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any potential refund. Please ensure that you're able to pay whatever duties and taxes that may be incurred during importation of your parts before you place your order.

Returns:

While it does make us sad that a given part didn't work out as intended, we will accept returns with certain conditions. Please read our Return Policy for more information.

Restocking Policy

Returns significantly increase the cost of doing business. When customers return items, we are incurring additional costs as a business. Most businesses help recover these additional costs with a restocking fee. These added costs include man-power to process RMAs before, during, and after the return, warehouse personnel receiving and inspecting the return for defects or damage, and the time and supplies involved in re-boxing. We also assume a higher risk of taking back a product without any guarantee of future sales as the product might not be able to be sold as new once it has been returned. If you wish to return an item that is not the result of an error or defect, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees do not include shipping costs to return the item back to us.

Order Tracking:

We do our best to obtain tracking information within 48 hours of your order. You will be emailed a tracking number for the carrier, though you can always find your tracking information by logging into your account on Stage 3 Motorsports.
