Zone Offroad 4" Lift Kit

The revolutionary new Zone Offroad 4" Lift Kit features new front coil springs that are designed to not only ride great, but will hold up over the long haul. A 1-1/2" solid steel track bar is included to properly center the axle after lifting. This track bar features new oversized, high-durometer urethane bushings for long lasting performance. The shocks were custom valved to work perfectly with the new Zone Offroad coil springs to increase off-road performance while still offering unmatched ride quality on the street. The rear kit comes with 5" blocks to replace your factory blocks so there is not stacking of blocks. This reduces rear axle wrap compared to other similar systems on the market. With the front replacement track bar and the rear block kit, this system is one of the easiest installations on the market.

The New Zone Nitro Series Shock Absorbers offer the ultimate in control and performance. The full displaced valving offers a better valving range on both the compression and extension travel. This vehicle specific valving is pressurized with 150 psi nitrogen gas. This gas charge ensures split second response and reduced aeration. Combine these features with the special Fluon banded piston and this shock is built to last and perform!

These all-weather convoluted boots help to protect the life span of your shocks. By protecting the seal and shock rod, these boots prevent debris from causing oil leaks, and keep your shocks in optimal working condition whether your vehicle is used as a daily driver or an off road mud machine. These boots are designed for 2-3/8" shock bodies, but can be cut to fit smaller shock or stabilizer cylinders if needed. Boots are available in black, blue, red, or yellow.

Important Notes:

• Although rare, if your vehicle is equipped with both a stock 4" rear block and a top mounted overload spring, upgraded U-bolts may be required. If so, select it from the drop-down menu above.
• Dually trucks require Zone's 18-1/2" U-bolts for proper fitment.
• Vehicles equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require that the carrier bearing to be lowered with Zone's optional Carrier Bearing Drop Bracket from the drop-down menu above.
