Heavy-Duty Radius Arm Suspension Lift

Make no mistake - the 2017-2019 Super Duty is a sight to behold straight from the factory. However, throw a 4" lift at it and it becomes an entirely new beast. Not only will the BDS 4" Radius Arm Lift Kit eliminate front rake and lift your ride to an appropriate height, but you'll also be able to squeeze on larger wheels and tires making your Super Duty even more capable and aggressive looking. Featuring vastly improved radius arms constructed from 1-3/4" OD -10GA DOM tubing with support gussets, this is one of the more dependable and well made lift kits on the market. This is the perfect lift kit to help you outfit your truck with a larger wheel/tire combination thanks to the radius arms' high clearance design and inward formation. The arms feature factory style 3-1/4" rubber bushings which help to minimize road vibrations and prolong bushing life. The assembly bolts right into the factory mounting points, positioning the front axle to correct caster angle. Complete with high-quality ProRYDE coil springs, an NX2 series steering stabilizer and your choice of high performance shocks, nothing can stop you from going where you want to go once your '17-'18 F250 or F350 is equipped with this awesome 4" lift kit.

Full-Length ProRYDE Coil Springs and Your Choice of Shocks

The BDS 4" Radius Arm Lift Kit rides on high end ProRYDE full-length coil springs to deliver a smooth, supple street ride and capable off-road performance. Along with a forged drop pitman arm, BDS includes an integrated drag link flip to maintain proper steering angles. Together with the included 1/4" thick heavy duty track bar drop bracket, the system keeps your track bar angle in phase with steering for improved handling. BDS tops off the 4" Radius Arm Lift Kit with a pair of sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, brake line relocation brackets and a NX2 series steering stabilizer with mounting bracket. The rear lift is achieved with 5" fabricated blocks with integrated bump stops and e-coated u-bolts. This lift kit comes with your choice of front and rear shocks. The base price includes nitrogen-charged twin-tube BDS NX2 series gas shocks which offer lightning fast dampening that adapts to different terrain for uncompromising on and off-road performance. The 2" bodied shocks use a large 1-3/8" fluon banded piston, self lubricating seals and a 14mm hardened chrome shaft to help resist rock chips and corrosion. While the base shocks are certainly an upgrade over the standard white body shocks that usually come with entry level lifts, the optional Fox 2.0 monotubes are your best option for truly dominating the most extreme terrain. Be sure to choose your shock options from the drop-down menu!

Installation Note: Removal of the factory leaf spring block is required.

Leaf Spring Options: 2019 F250 & F350s could come from the factory with either a 2-leaf main leaf pack or a 3-leaf main leaf pack. BDS needs your truck's leaf pack design in order to send you the correct block and U-bolt kit. Please check your Super Duty's leaf pack before ordering. Select your truck's leaf pack type from the drop-down menu above.

Carrier Bearing Drop Bracket: it's strongly recommended that Super Dutys with two-piece driveshafts use BDS's Carrier Bearing Drop Kit in order to correct driveshaft and pinion angles to avoid excess noise and wear.

2017 F250

Installed this kit in my driveway with the help of a friend. it took us all day to install the complete kit.. The kit instructions are well written it also doesn't hurt to watch the video..I am completely satisfied with how everything turned out.. I ordered this kit from Stage 3 motorsports and had it at my door a few days later. If you are considering installing this kit yourself be prepared for some heavy torque values with the proper tools, a large pitman arm puller is also required.

2017 f250

This kit was not hard to install takes time. Everthing went right in place. The hardest part was getting a pitman arm puller to pull pitman arm. Did have a problem was sent 2 drivers side blocks and BDS sent out the right one the next business day.

2019 Ford Super Duty 3/4 Ton Lariat

This is a great quality lift that is well worth the extra money over some competitors lifts . Well built for heavy duty trucks. The only reason that I did not give a five star rating was because the kit truly needs an adjustable track bar as part of the lift package. Front end geometry will change due to the lift as mine did causing the axle to become of center by 3 centimeters. The adjustable track bar should fix this. Otherwise this is a great lift that will certainly enhance your vehicles looks. Additionally, Stage 3 Motorsports was easy to do business with and the prices are better than most.

This lift kit fit on ford f350 2006 king Ranch dually ?

According to BDS, it's going to depend on your truck's leaf pack and whether it has a single overload or dual overload spring. If it does have a dual overload, you need longer U-bolts than what are included in this kit as standard.

Can I fit factory 20 inch rims with a 37 11.5 tire from nitto?

The maximum tire diameter BDS recommends is a 35". You would likely get some rub with a 37" tire, though you shouldn't have clearance issues with a 11.5" wide tire on the factory wheels.

Does this need a carrier bearing drop kit for long bed trucks with two piece driveshaft?

The Carrier Bearing Drop Kit is not strictly required for Super Dutys with two-piece driveshafts, however, it is strongly recommended to help avoid driveline vibration.

Is this kit completely bolt on?

This kit is a nearly bolt-on system. Some minor amount of trimming is required for the fitment of the new steering stabilizer brackets, but you might be able to do the install without trimming with different hardware.
