If you're looking to upgrade an aging 7.3L turbocharger assembly, it's always best to go with a name like Banks to ensure a high-quality assembly. The Banks Power Quick Turbo Kit is an all-in-one turbocharger upgrade consisting of the Banks Power Quick Turbo Housing, BigHead Wastegate Actuator and High-Boost Compressor Wheel. Combined, these high performance components work to deliver a much-needed power boost from idle through peak. The complete Quick Turbo Kit also incorporated design improvements to maintain more boost through the powerband without ever over-boosting.

Complete Assembly

It can be a bit daunting shopping for a new turbocharger assembly for a 1999-2003 F250 or F350. Luckily, Banks has already done the hard work and compiled a complete assembly with everything you need to breathe new life and power into your 7.3L Powerstroke. With the Banks Quick Turbo Housing assembly, you effectively eliminate sluggish starts and strengthen boost through the powerband, while Banks' exclusive BigHead wastegate actuator avoids "wastegate blow-open" by keeping the valve seated at higher pressures, thereby increasing mid-range torque and top-end power as well. Finally, the high-boost compressor wheel is designed to prevent surge and improve turbo performance at higher boost levels for an all-over turbocharger performance upgrade.

Works With Stock Components

Banks designed the Quick Turbo Kit to conveniently work with your factory exhaust backpressure valve (EBV) and bolts directly to the back of your turbine housing. This also means that because your exhaust downpipe flange is not altered, this kit is compatible with your factory downpipe as well as just about any aftermarket exhaust system.

Tuning not required: This turbocharger kit does not require any aftermarket tuning, although results will improve if you decide to go that route.
