Our aFe and Edge CTS3 Package is the one-two punch of extra power that you and your EcoBoost F150 build have been waiting for. While the tuning on the CTS3 is impressive, the monitor itself is even more so. With its huge color touchscreen display and massive host of functions, the CTS3 is one of the best monitoring devices that you can find for your 2012 to 2014 F150.

Aggressively Designed Intake with Dual-Filters and Large Tubing

Each aFe Stage 2 Magnum FORCE cold air intake included in this package includes an advanced and highly efficient design that greatly improves the amount of airflow going into your F150's turbochargers and engine. The intake features dual filters that lead into their own equal-length powder coated aluminum inlet tubing which provides each turbocharger with its own air stream to optimize performance. The filters come with a heat shield mounting assembly that installs on top of the bottom half of your truck's factory air box and seals against your truck's hood with a piece of weatherstripping to help prevent heat soak. The intake comes with your choice of filter options in the form of aFe's Pro 5R oiled filters or Pro Dry S dry reusable filters to meet your specific application needs. The oiled Pro 5 R Filters flow slightly more air than their dry brethren, but the Pro Dry S filters are much easier to clean and maintenance. The intake comes with all its necessary installation hardware and detailed instructions. The port for the sensor does vary based on model year, so please choose your F150's model year from the drop-down menu above.

Powerful and Effective Edge Tuner and Monitor

The Edge CS2 and CTS3 somehow manage to pack a massive, full-color touchscreen display, ergonomic interface with easy-to-use menus, intuitive gauge displays, and powerful tuning onto a single, compact device that opens up a whole new world of power and engine information for your F150 EcoBoost. The CS2 or CTS3 have an extremely low-profile design and measures just 1-1/2" thick. However, the CS2 and CTS3s have large screens with intuitive menus that allows you to easily rear any information from the driver's seat with absolute ease. The devices can pull just about any information output from your F150's PCM and display it in an array of customizable gauges so that you can tailor the information you're receiving however you need it. As great as the monitoring abilities of the devices are, its tuning capabilities are equally impressive and Edge throws in several different octane performance levels, as well a towing tune and economy tune to meet the needs of whatever application you have in mind. You can choose between the more cost-effective CS2 or the full touchscreen CTS3 from our drop-down menus above.

Real-World Results

We did a bit of dyno testing on our very own 2011 F150 3.5L EcoBoost Project truck using Edge's 91 octane performance tuning and ended up with excellent results. On our run with the factory tune, our truck put down a peak 357 horsepower and 385lb-ft of torque at the tires. With Edge's 91 Level 3 Performance Tune, our truck threw down 364 horsepower and 447lb-ft of torque. That's a gain of a whopping 62lb-ft of torque! What's more impressive is that all that extra performance was available much earlier in the power band, giving our 2011 F150 EcoBoost much more low-end grunt than stock to help it fly off the line. On top of the power gains, Edge's tuning also improves shifting by changing up the shift points and making your truck hold gears longer to hold onto more power and torque.

All you really need is one of these complete kits from our good friends over at Kicker Audio. This VSS (Vehicle Specific Solution) PowerStage system includes their awesome powered 10" subwoofer system with integrated 200-watt amp and an additional 200-watt amplifier that feeds extra power to your truck's factory door speakers for crystal clear sound with almost no hassles.

Full Powered Subwoofer Assembly

The kit's subwoofer system is a simple, easy-to-install kit that fits right under your truck's back seats. The system is based around a 10" powered subwoofer to deliver a big bass tone and is mated to a 200-watt amplifier. Both the sub and amp are integrated into a single enclosure that makes for a quick installation and extremely clean look for your truck's interior. The entire system does not require any cutting or splicing of your truck's wiring. Instead, kicker designed the kit to hook right into the factory provisions for the optional Sony HD audio system. The subwoofer assembly comes with a bracket and installation hardware to make things even easier.

Improved Performance for your Door Speakers

With your truck pumping extra bass, your factory door speakers are going to need some extra "kick" in order to keep up. That's why Kicker includes another 200-watt amp that installs under your truck's glovebox. The amp hooks right into your factory or aftermarket head unit using a simple jumper harness and comes with a full set of wiring for your speakers. Even though a 200-watt amp isn't the most powerful thing ever, Kicker found that it gave the perfect amount of extra power to your stock speakers without ruining sound quality or forcing you to upgrade to aftermarket speakers. Kicker does not recommend using aftermarket speakers with this kit.

Kicker's PowerStage System comes with brackets, installation hardware and instructions. Please select your F150's model year from our drop-down menu above.

Large, Powerful FOX Shocks with Eibach Springs

These shocks have 60% more damping area than stock and creates much more force to help prevent bottoming out your truck at high speeds. The large diameter also allows for larger oil volumes and helps keep these shocks cooler during heavy articulation. A pair of remote oil reservoirs with -10 AN hoses keep FOX's 3.0 shocks supplied with cool oil under the toughest conditions to almost eliminate fade when you step on the throttle. The shocks are built with Teflon-line spherical bearings with O-rings that make them some of the toughest and more reliabel suspension systems that you can find for your SVT Raptor. The power increase is coupled with heavily revised shift points and shift pressures to make your truck feel much more responsive with better low-end grunt and pulling power. Even 5-Star's 87 octane tunes can provide a massive increase in torque, especially in the lower reaches of the RPM range, where the stock tune falls flat and can suffer from noticeable turbo lag. Bolt-On Stock Replacement

While the twin turbochargers of your 2011 to 2012 F150 EcoBoost do a pretty good job of making your truck one of the quickest on the road, they still suffer from lag and a less than optimal spool time. The culprit is your fairly basic factory blow-off valve. TurboSmart's Kompact Dual-Port BOV is a drop-in replacement for your truck's stock blow off valve that gives your truck an awesome, racing sound while reducing lag and improving spool time to help get your F150 moving just a bit quicker in lower RPM ranges.

Your stock blow off valve is made from plastic with rubber seals and diaphragms. Awesome Suspension Performance and Front Leveling

Leveling your truck and getting a smooth factory ride don't always go hand-in-hand. Many aftermarket leveling kits reuse your stock suspension hardware which leaves you with a factory ride and suspension performance at best, if not worse. Bilstein, one of the biggest names in performance suspensions, cuts out the middle man with this 5100 shock kit that includes high-quality adjustable front shocks. These shocks allow you to set your 2009 to 2013 F150's front ride height to stock, +.75", +1.5", or +2.25" of leveling by using their adjustable spring seat tabs. The adjustable design is paired up with legendary Bilstein quality and performance that let you take these dampers anywhere for any application you have in mind without fear.

Steel-Cased Monotube Shocks with Unique Piston

Each of these shock absorbers feature an ultra-strong steel body with a zinc plated finish that protects against corrosion. The shocks all feature a monotube gas-charged interior design with a digressive piston and self-adjusting deflective valving which allows each shock to work at varying ride heights and give your truck improved articulation in off-road application. All four shocks feature a large 46mm diameter that gives them a huge oil volume for less fade during heavy and sustained articulation off-road. This complete kit is a direct bolt-on replacement for your factory shocks and can be used with your factory front coil springs and rear leaf springs.

Fitment: this kit will only fit trucks with 4WD. Another kit is available for 2WD F150s.

Awesome Entry-Level Off-Road Suspension Package

Get your 2009 to 2013 F150 truck prepped for the trail without breaking the bank with this awesome FOX Stage 1 suspension package. Featuring a pair of FOX 2.0 Coilovers for the front of your truck and a pair of 2.0 Aluminum-Body Shocks for the rear, this package gives your F150 an excellent boost in articulation, wheel travel, and response without ruining your truck's smooth street ride. This kit is a bolt on replacement for your truck's factory dampers and front coil springs that is perfect for weekend trail rides or cruising through your local wash.

Front Adjustable 2.0 Coilovers with up to 2" of Leveling

For the front of your F150, FOX gives you a set of their awesome 2.0 Adjustable Coilovers to replace the stock shocks and springs. The coilovers provide vastly improved rebound, compression, and articulation while still keeping your factory ride when you're on pavement. The coilovers feature adjustable ride height from 0" to 2", making them a great way to level out the front of your truck to get on bigger tires. They come pre-set at 2" of ride height to give you maximum leveling right out of the box. The coilovers have nitrogen-charged design with a 5/8" chrome plated and heat-treat shaft that's built for performance and reliability. These aluminum body 2.0 coilovers are wrapped in finely-tuned coilover springs that deliver a excellent performance.

Fade-Resistant Aluminum Body Shocks

Update your truck's rear suspension with a pair of FOX 2.0 Aluminum-Body Shocks that drop right into place of your stock shocks and provide improved stability and heat dissipation. Like the coilovers up front, these shocks are made out of 6061-T6 aluminum and use an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design to provide improved response while handling up to an extra 1" of rear lift. The shock has an internal reservoir design with specially formulated oil that resists heat buildup for reduced fade.

Drivetrain Fitment: this version of the FOX Stage 1 kit will only fit four wheel drive F150s. A variant for two wheel drive F150s is also available.

Leveling out your 2009 to 2013 4WD F150 is practically a rite of passage for new truck owners, and while a typical leveling spacer is a good option, those pucks won't be adding any suspension performance. The 5100s have a slotted area on their bodies and comes with an adjustable spring seat collar that can be set from 0" to 2.25" of front ride height height without any hassles. High-Quality Piston and Valving for Improved Performance

Just like all of Bilstein's high-quality suspension components, the 5100 series front shocks are built from the ground up for performance, longevity and reliability. The shocks are each built around a 46mm digressive piston used with a nitrogen gas-charged monotube design. Complete Set of Four Cross-Drilled and Slotted Rotors

Like all of Power Stops' extreme impressive brake kits, the Truck and Tow Extreme package is centered around a complete set of four cross-drilled and slotted performance brake rotors. These rotors were carefully designed and constructed from the ground up to deliver improved stopping power and less fade in basically any application. Each rotor's cross-drilled holes are CNC machined and drop-down into the rotor's directional vanes to dissipate heat generated by heavy braking and decrease operating temperatures by up to 180 over stock. The cooler temperatures lead directly to massively less fade than your factory brake rotors, giving you more consistent brake operation under heavy use. The specially-placed slots on the surface of each rotor clear away brake dust and other debris away from the pad's contact area to give your truck more consistent bite and braking performance. The rotors come in a brilliant zinc dichromate finish for an awesome look and some extra corrosion resistance.

Carbon Fiber & Ceramic Pad Formulation for Huge Bite and Reduced Fade

The pad's included in this kit were made and designed especially for light truck and towing applications that require more stopping power and less fade than Power Stop's Z16 ceramic pads can provide. The Z36 Extreme truck and towing pads feature a powerful carbon fiber and ceramic compound that provides a huge bite, excellent stopping power, and extremely low levels of fade all in one brake pad design. The pads offer up to a 17% increase in friction coefficient than your F150's factory semi-metallic brake pads all while doing a more adequate job of dissipating the heat builup that occurs during the heavy and sustained braking from towing and hauling applications. Each brake pad comes with a high-quality stainless steel shim to help keep noise down to a minimum. The kit comes with a complete set of front and rear brake pads that directly replace your truck's factory pads and fit your F150's stock brake calipers.

Power Stop F150 Brake Rotors

Power Stop Extreme Bedding Note: The break in procedure is critical to brake performance. The reason for a proper break in is to establish an even layer of friction material deposited on the rotors from the brake pads. It is very important that this initial layer of friction material is evenly distributed. Break in the pads as follows: 5 moderate to aggressive stops from 40 mph down to 10 mph in rapid succession without letting the brakes cool and do not come to a complete stop. Then do 5 moderate stops from 35 mph to 5 mph in rapid succession without letting the brakes cool. You should expect to smell some resin as the brakes get hot. After this is complete, drive around for as long as possible without excessively heating the brakes and without coming to a complete stop (Try for about 5 minutes at moderate speed). This is the cooling stage. It allows the heated resin in the brake pads to cool and cure. After the brakes have cooled to standard operating temperature, you may use the brakes normally.

The power increase is coupled with heavily revised shift points and shift pressures to make your truck feel much more responsive with better low-end grunt and pulling power. The 5.0L F150s are a little sluggish from factory, thanks to less than ideal mid-range torque and transmission shifting that's designed for fuel economy over responsiveness. 5-Star's tuning helps immensely by increasing low-end torque over stock, while adjusting your truck's shift points, pressures, and throttle sensitivity for much more responsive driving. More importantly, 5-Star's tuning provides increased power throughout the entire rev range so that you always have extra performance on tap. 5-Star's 5.0L test truck made 270 horsepower and around 285lb-ft of torque at the wheels. With 5-Star's 93 octane Performance/Tow tune, their test vehicle threw down 290 peak horsepower and 315lb-ft of peak torque, which makes for an instantly noticeable gain in power. Their truck even picked up gains of up to 25lb-ft of torque below 2750rpm, which is right where the 5.0L F150s are sorely lacking. The 6.2L SVT Raptors may come packing more than decent firepower from the factory, but the factory tuning can still make the truck feel a bit sluggish at times, especially on the street in lower RPMs. 5-Star's custom tuning for the 6.2L Raptors helps change that by not only improving peak gains, but providing increased torque all throughout the rev range, especially in the low end where the stock tuning tends to lunk around until 3500rpm. The improved low-end power carries all the way through your Raptor's rev range, giving you more power on tap whenever you need it. 5-Star's test truck put down about a peak 280 horsepower and 300lb-ft of torque to the wheels on its factory tune. With a 5-Star's custom 93 octane Performance Tune, the truck hit a peak 295 horsepower and 320lb-ft of torque. While the peak gains of 15horsepower and 320lb-ft of torque are nice, the low end gains below 3500 rpm spiked up to a whopping 40 to 45lb-ft of torque over stock, which greatly improves the off-the-line performance of your Raptor. 2004-2010 F150 5.4L 5-Star Tuning 87 Performance/Tow Versus Stock
While 5-Star's 5.4L F150 V8 custom tuning does increase the power output of your truck, the tuning has also been carefully crafted to add power where it counts and make up for some of the weak areas of the stock engine management software. 5-Star's 2005 F150 5.4L test truck managed to put down a peak of 211 horsepower and 245lb-ft of torque with its factory tune. Using a 5-Star 87 octane Performance/Tow tune, that same F150 threw down an impressive peak 235 horsepower and 290lb-ft of torque, a gain of 24 horsepower and 45lb-ft of torque. More importantly, that 18% torque gain came in much earlier than stock and stayed throughout the middle RPM range, right where the 5.4L V8s tend to fall flat with the factory tune. Keep in mind, that the dyno graph above was with 87 octane fuel. With either 91 octane or 93 octane, your own truck can see even more impressive gains!

Heavy-Duty Piston Design with Large Internal Oil Reservoir

Every one of these Fox BDS shocks features a larger diameter than typical white-body shocks that is then paired with a specialized piston design and valving to give your 6" lifted F150 the off-road performance and handling it needs. The shock is built around a 2" diameter shock body made from 6061-T6 billet aluminum which holds more oil and dissipates more heat than typical steel shocks for greatly reduced fade. The shock features a gas-charged design with a high-flow piston and a 5/8" induction-hardened chrome shaft for excellent strength and reliability. The shock has a specialized internal oil reservoir design that separates the oil and nitrogen to prevent cavitation. The shocks come with nitrile rubber bushings for quiet operation.

UCAs with 1" PTFE Lined Uniball in CNC Machined Cup with Mandrel-Bent Tubular Steel Arms and Poly Bushings

The Grimm OffRoad UCAs for 2004-2021 F150s were designed for strength, and will let you and your truck rip around off the beaten path without letting you down. The heart of the Grimm OffRoad UCAs is their 1" uniball joint that offers both increased structural strength and better deflection angles than the stock UCAs. The uniball cup is made out of CNC machined 4130 steel where the 1", PTFE uniball is housed. The control arms come standard with an incredibly strong 17-4 steel adapter that bolts right through the factory spindle without the need for additional modifications. The arms themselves are made from 1026 tubular steel that's carefully mandrel-bent to ensure a perfect fit onto your truck. Each UCA mounts to your truck's frame using the OEM hardware and come with bushing houses with Zerk fittings that makes for easy maintenance. The bushings themselves are made out of polyurethane that's more resistant to deflection than stock rubber bushings while still having a quiet operation. The arms are topped off with a gloss black powder coat finish for a great look and corrosion resistance. Grimm OffRoad includes all necessary installation hardware and instructions. The arms are made in the USA and come backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Fitment: 2014-2020 F150 4WD.

Backspacing requirements: the UCAs in this package require a maximum of a 5.50" backspace in order to clear a 12.50" wide tire. Stock wheels can be used, but you'll be limited to a 295 wide/11.50" wide tire.

Each muffler has a multi-core internal structure similar to those found in professional racing trucks. The unique design allows for excellent exhaust flow and acts as a resonator to produce an extremely aggressive sound that's louder and deeper than their S-Type Cat-Back System and completely blows away their Touring Cat-Back exhaust kit when it comes to the sound level. Topping it all off is this kit's awesome split rear exit design with a 4" rolled, angle-cut tip with a polished finish that give your truck an impressive look on top of the great sound.

High-Quality Stainless Steel

5-Star 93 Performance Tune vs. Stock 5-Star 93 Octane and 87 Octane Performance/Tow Tunes vs. Stock

5-Star's tuning adds a bucket-load of extra horsepower and torque to your 3.5L EcoBoost V6's output all throughout the rev range with both their Performance and Performance/Tow tunes, making your truck feel like a whole new animal. On 5-Star's dyno run with the stock tuning, their test truck managed to hit around 260 horsepower and nearly 350lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels. On their run with a 93 octane performance tune, their truck put down a whopping 315 horsepower and 445lb-ft of torque to the ground. Those are rear-wheel peak power gains of over 20%, all with greatly improved transmission function.

Even 5-Star's 87 octane Performance/Tow tunes make great power, putting down peak numbers of 305 horsepower and 375lb-ft of torque, which allows you to get a whole new feel for your truck, even if you only have low-quality fuel in your area or if 91 octane or higher-tier fuel is too expensive. What's even better is the low-end gains provided by 5-Star's tuning, which greatly improves your truck's towing and off-road performance. 5-Star's test truck saw gains of up to 100 lb-ft of torque at 2500rpm when using their 93 octane performance tune. The huge gain in low-end power is thanks to the tune's increased boost pressure which comes in much earlier in the rev range so that your 2015-2016 F150 EcoBoost sees a great gain in its pulling ability in lower gears.

We here at Stage 3 made sure to grab 5-Star's Custom Tuning for our very own 2015 F150 3.5L EcoBoost Project truck as soon as we could so that we could make our F150 come alive with more power, more torque, and improved drivability. We did a comparison of our truck's stock tuning with 5-Star's 91 octane Performance/Tow tune on the dyno over at Dyno-Comp. On the dyno run of our factory tune, our truck made 300 peak horsepower and 360 peak torque. With 5-Star's 91 Octane Performance/Tow tune, our truck put down 310 horsepower and 415lb-ft of torque at the tires. The 55lb-ft gain in rear-wheel torque made our truck feel a whole heck of a lot more quick off the line, and when combined with 5-Star's revised shifting, made our 2015 F150 EcoBoost an absolute joy to drive. While we only gained about 10 peak horsepower due to heat soak on a 90, between 3000rpm and 4500rpm, we saw as much as 35 horsepower, meaning there's a huge improvement in low-end horsepower and torque over stock, which is exactly what you want in a Performance/Tow tune.

Warranty vs. Non-Warranty Tune Note: there is no difference in function, horsepower, or torque between Warrantied Custom Tunes and Non-Warrantied Custom Tunes. The only difference between the two, whatsoever, is that Warrantied Tunes will have less parameters (i.e. tire size, gear ratio, etc) open to end-user adjustment.

Off-Road Exhaust Systems: 5-Star can no longer provide custom tuning for off-road exhaust systems that delete catalytic converters. 5-Star can only tune for catted exhaust systems. However, 5-Star WILL NOT disable your rear oxygen sensors, which may result in a check engine light.
