Sadly, a big V8 roar did not come as standard issue on your 2011 to 2013 F150 5.0L, despite it actually having a big, powerful V8. The good is that Solo Performance has stepped up to provide one of the best sounding F150 5.0L exhaust kits on the planet with their awesome MR400 cat-back exhaust system. This complete kit adds an aggressive, deep, and throaty new exhaust note to your truck that makes it sound more like an old school muscle car. While definitely loud and proud, the 4" Single-Exit Exhaust Kit manages to keep interior drone fairly low so you get a massive and mean sound when you stomp on the throttle, without the annoying buzz at idle or while cruising at lower RPM. The kit bolts on right in place of your factory cat-back kit and exits in the factory location with a much larger and more aggressive exhaust tip for an awesome, new look.

Features 4" Mandrel-Bent Stainless Steel

The kit hooks up to your factory mid-pipe, behind your stock catalytic converter while being much more powerful and loud than stock. Each Solo Single-Exit kit features 4" diameter, mandrel-bent exhaust tubing that greatly reduces back pressure over your factory crimped tubing for more sound and mild to moderate performance gains. The system is made entirely out of 409 stainless steel which is resistant to corrosion, rust, and discoloration in nearly any climate. The kit gets its awesome sound by replacing your 5.0L F150's muffler with either a powerful MR400 resonator that amplifies the engines natural tone or a MACH-46 Muffler that reduces overall volume while a Solo J-pipe gets rid of drone before exhaust exits out the 4-1/2" diameter polished tip in the side location. The Solo Performance 4" Single-Exit System comes with all the hardware and detailed instructions you need for an easy, no-sweat installation.

This cat-back exhaust kit deletes your factory resonator for a more aggressive tone.

Wheelbase fitment: this F150 5.0L cat-back exhaust kit will only fit 145" wheelbases, which can be found on the following cab/bed configurations:

• Regular Cab with an 8' bed
• SuperCab with a 6.5' bed
• SuperCrew with a 5.5' bed
