will these tires fit 2019 ranger super crew 4wheel drive 2'' leveling coilovers with modified crash bars

That depends entirely on what wheels you're using or if you're using wheel spacers. 285s will not clear the spindle on the factory Ranger wheels. If you have aftermarket wheels with less backspace or wheel spacers, then you'll be fine. Otherwise, you'll be limited to a 275 wide tire.

2012 f150 lariat 2WD. Will these rub if I install 2" leveling kit?

That does depend somewhat on your wheels, specifically their widths, offsets, and backspacing. However, as long as you do a 2" leveling kit, you should be able to clear these tires without rubbing on most wheel options.
