2009-2013 F150 4WD Fox 2.0 Front Coilover

Each FOX 2.0 coilover is built around a tough aluminum-body, nitrogen-charged coilover shock that's wrapped with a finely-tuned spring that work together to provide excellent suspension performance off-road without compromising your truck's smooth street ride. Both the body and mounts are made with 6061-T6 aluminum to maximize heat dissipation without losing strength. The coilovers feature a 5/8" chrome-plated, heat-treated shaft with a high-flow piston design and valving that's finely-tuned for your F150. The coilover has an internal reservoir design that keeps the specially formulated oil separate from the nitrogen. The 2.0 coilovers have high-quality, redundant seals that make them extremely reliable under even the most extreme conditions.

Will there be an option for this coilover set for 2WD? I would love a set of coilovers at this price for my 2005 F150 2WD

Technically speaking, these coilovers will fit on your truck. However, you'll get slightly higher ride height than what they're rated for, and you may want to consider grabbing Fox's spanner wrench to adjust ride height where you need it.

Hi! Several questions here... - can these be installed with 0 lift compared to stock? - when will maximum travel be achieved - at 0" lift or at 2"? - is it true that at 2" lift the ride would be stiffer? - can the lift on the rear fox shocks be adjusted? - what is the extra travel that I will get on stock upper control arms compared to the stock coilovers? - will the rear shocks get rid of bed vibrations and tremors compared to stock? The Fox coilovers can be set to a 0" factory ride height. Technically, maximum downtravel occurs at a 0" ride height. The ride quality is slightly stiffer at 2" than 0", but the ride is still extremely smooth at 2". The Fox 2.0 rear shocks are not adjustable, but they can handle roughly 1.5" of lift over stock. The Fox coilovers are good for roughly another inch of total travel over stock before they're limited again by the UCA. Fox 2.0 rear shocks do a lot for curing some of the negative handling and ride quality issues caused by the factory rear shocks.

i am currently installing these and am having trouble adjusting the ride height is there any tips or tricks?

The coilovers are set at their max height out of the box. You can only go lower using Fox's spanner wrench, and it takes a good amount of force to turn the adjustment collar with the coilover installed on the truck.

Curios what you guys have heard how long these shocks last for and if they perform alright in the cold?

The Fox 2.0 Coilovers do fine in cold weather and tend to handle salty roads fairly well. How long they last before needing a rebuild is really dependent on how hard you drive your truck and what kind of off-roading you do. Lightly driven on-road, there's no reason why they couldn't go for years without a hiccup.

Will these shocks fix the problem of my upper control arm resting on my spring at full droop? I have a 2.5" leveling kit and the upper arm hits the spring if I go over a big enough bump fast enough.

They really won't. The issue is that when you do a leveling kit (rather than a full suspension lift) your suspension geometry is thrown off to at least some degree, and your UCA angles are one of the things thrown off by a level. Granted, the Fox 2.0s only level up to 2", so the effect would be less severe, but you'd still likely get some amount of spring contact when you fully articulate. The real solutions are to either grab a set of aftermarket control arms, go with a complete lift kit, or reduce your amount of leveling.
