You can always trust the brilliant intake engineers over at K&N Filters to design something special for your Ford Super Duty, and the 77-Series High-Flow Performance Air Intake Kit does not disappoint. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow, allowing your truck's engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the restrictive OEM air filter assembly.

Performance Filter with Heat Shield and Inlet Tube

When they designed their 77-Series kits, K&N dug up the largest air filter that they could possibly fit in place of your truck's factory air box and built the rest of the system around it. The filter is one of K&N's classic high-flow oiled systems that brings in a much larger volume of air than stock along with improved filtration. Along with the filter, each K&N 77-Series kit comes with a full heat shield assembly and a highly efficient inlet tube that work together to promote improved airflow into your truck's engine over the stock air box. A bonus about this kit is that the filters are washable and reusable, or you can purchase replacements.

Simple, Straightforward Installation

Included in this kit are detailed instructions for a relatively quick and easy installation (takes approximately 1.5 hours using standard tools), and the intake system doesn't require permanent modifications to your aggressive truck. The system also doesn't require tuning or programming, making it an easy way to squeak out some extra performance from your 6.2L Super Duty.
