While the 3.0L Powerstroke diesel under the hood of your 2018-2021 F150 may get pretty spectacular fuel economy, but in order for you to get the most range and extend stops between fill-ups while towing, you're going to need a larger fuel tank. That's why Titan Tanks developed this 48-gallon mid-ship fuel tank for the 3.0L Powerstroke F150s. Specifically designed for diesel fuel, the Titan Tank 48-Gallon Fuel Tank adds 12 gallons of capacity over Ford's 36-gallon tanks and 22 gallons of capacity over the standard-issue 26-gallon OEM tanks. The huge increase in fuel capacity greatly increases your F150's range, meaning you'll take less stops on long road trips or when hauling heavy loads or trailers near your GVWR or GCWR. Titan's fuel tank drops right into place of your F150's factory fuel tank and reuses your stock fuel pump, making it a hassle-free range upgrade over stock.

Heavy-Duty Polymer Construction with Straightforward Installation

Titan carefully crafts their mid-ship fuel tanks to exacting standards and designs them for a perfect fit and function on your F150. Each tank is made out of military-grade XLHDPE cross-linked polymer that's rated to hold diesel fuel. The tank is 1/4" thick to provide it strength and rigidity to handle nearly any application. Despite its large capacity difference over stock, Titan's Mid-Ship F150 diesel fuel tank only hangs 1.9" lower than the factory tank so that you don't sacrifice a ton of ground clearance or put your fuel in harm's way. The tank features a Titan-exclusive low fuel trap so that nearly every gallon of fuel you put in can be used. Each tank comes with galavnized steel mounting straps and reuses the stock fuel pump, sending unit, and hardware. Titan even backs their tanks with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
