Replace your factory fuel tank with Titan's unbelievably tough replacement fuel tank and enjoy being able to skip the fuel station more often. This innovative 55-gallon fuel tank features an exclusive low fuel trap design and hangs approximately 1-3/4" below the bottom of your stock tank.

Military Grade, Cross-Linked Polymer Construction

Titan's Generation 6 55-Gallon Fuel Tank is built from military grade cross-linked polymer because it's obviously pretty important to keep fuel well protected. The walls are at least 1/4" thick so that it can outmatch both steel and aluminum. Long story short - this thing can take a real hit. The tank comes complete with a black-coated, galvanized steel mounting strap, plated and galvanized front support system, rollover safety vent valve and accessories. The Titan Generation 6 tank features an OEM style torque ring sending unit mounting system for easy, hassle-free installation.

Warranty: The Generation 6 Fuel Tank is backed by a Limited Warranty by Titan.

Not for Chassis Cab Models: this tank will not fit F350, F450, or F550 chassis cab models, and will only fit Super Dutys with a traditional bed.

Note on Distance 'Til Empty (DTE): When you upgrade to a larger fuel tank like Titan's, you will need to calibrate your fuel gauge properly to get an accurate read on DTE (distance till empty). This can be done using a program called FORScan and will require a compatible OBDII adapter that can read and send data via cable or Bluetooth back to your FORScan software, which can be downloaded via PC, laptop, or smart phone. Once you're set up, you can access the vehicle's computer system through the FORScan software and update your tank size to the new one installed. FORScan does offer a free trial version of the software, although you can pay the subscription fee for full access to the software.
