Unique Design Built for Highly Efficient Airflow and Cooling

aFe's Bladerunner Intercooler features one of the most unique designs on the market so that it maximizes your Raptor's power and performance potential in just about any application. The intercooler's hot-side opening features larger inlet ports which reduces restrictions and back pressure for much more efficient airflow over stock. The intercooler itself is an aluminum bar-plate design that offers more effective cooling ability than stock at speed. Each Bladerunner intercooler has a highly-efficient core design with a larger volume and more efficient flow path than stock. The cold side outlet is positioned nearly in line with the hot-side which further improves airflow into the cold-side tube assembly which is a larger diameter than stock and more efficiently shaped to promote smooth airflow. Each intercooler comes standard with a provision for your F150's eBOV as well as breather port and 1/8" NPT port for the easy setup of water-meth systems.
