While the independent rear suspension of your 2015-2020 Mustang is actually pretty stout, one of its biggest weaknesses is its CV half shafts which can't really handle the strain of hard launches at the track, especially if your Pony is packing a bunch of extra power under the hood or is equipped with drag radials. An aftermarket CV axle can handle a whole lot more power than stock and won't let you down when it comes to aggressive applications on the road or at the track.
