Your 2015-2020 F150's brake rotors are the heart of its braking system, but the factory rotors aren't much to write home about and are prone to warping when pushed hard. Aftermarket rotors are available in drilled, slotted, or drilled and slotted designs which improve stopping power and reduce fade over standard blank rotors.
