Vertex shocks include an adjustable dial on the reservoir which controls the amount of oil that goes into the main monotube shock. This means you can adjust your shocks depending on what sort of terrain you need it to cover. These vertex shocks also include Rough Country's innovative monotube design that features an internal floating piston that keeps the shock oil and high-pressure nitrogen separate.
