The 2011 to 2014 Mustangs already look pretty darn good fresh from the assembly line. While that's all well and good, we prefer our Ponies to be absolutely unique arbiters of aggressive automotive aesthetics. In more simple terms, we like awesome Mustangs. The great news is that it's not hard to make these Ponies stand out. Even the most simple, inexpensive, and basic exterior pieces can really make your 2011 to 2014 Mustang a unique figure among the massive herd of Mustangs.That's a lot of categories. Where should I start?
Unless you have a very specific plan for what you want to do, there's really no "correct" way to start your exterior parts adventures. If you are a bit hesitant to grab a few parts, we here at Stage 3 suggest you start out small. Grab set of window louvers or scoops, an upper and/or lower grille, some headlight splitters, and maybe a rear valance or chin spoiler. Give them a try. See how they look. Do any of your parts come painted?
We have an entire section dedicated to painted parts. Strangely enough, it's called "Pre-Painted Parts." All joking aside, we do offer a pretty good selection of painted products that come to you ready to install right out of the box. Just make sure you have your Mustang's correct Paint Code before ordering.
Do all of your Mustang exterior parts ship for free?
As with all of our Mustang performance parts and accessories, our exterior parts do, in fact, ship for free. That being said, larger items (hoods, complete body kits, etc.) ship via freight and are subject to our Freight Shipping Policy. Though you should check anything that gets shipped to you, it's also especially important that you check all exterior parts for damage before your sign anything or install those parts on your Mustang.
Will any exterior parts help my Mustang's performance?
A few could, depending on their design. A couple of our rear wings are functional (like Steeda's) and ca help produce some extra downforce at high speed. The same is true for front splitters like Ford Racing Laguna Seca Splitter. Many upper grilles can also improve performance by allowing more air to hit your radiator. A few front fascias have oversized upper and lower grille openings that can improve airflow to radiators, intercoolers, or heat exchangers.
