The BDS complete 4" Lift Kit for the 2015-2020 F150s gives your truck a towering ride height, the ability to fit on up to 35" tires, and unprecedented strength to hold up to just about any application, terrain, and climate. The BDS F150 4" Lift Kit is backed by BDS's insane "No Fine Print" warranty that will replace any part of the lift kit if there is a failure. These 4" suspension lift kits are even FMVSS-126 compliant and won't interfere or impede your truck's traction control or stability control systems even after installation. This version of BDS's 4" lift kit comes standard with a pair of Fox 2.0 rear shocks that help improve rear-end stability, handling, and off-road performance over the stock shocks and the boring white-body and black-body shocks that come with most other lift kits. The kit comes with everything you need for installation for the ultimate off-road capability.

Includes Strut Spacers with Crossmembers and Drop Brackets

The 2015-2020 F150 4" lift kit from BDS includes a complete set of front-end lift kit hardware that brings up your front ride height while correcting your suspension and drivetrain hardware for a proper ride and performance. Each of these kits provides its extra ride height by using a pair of extremely strong strut spacers that bolt in between your F150's stock strut assembly and the upper body mount. The lift kit comes with a pair of CNC machined, ductile iron steering knuckles with lifted spindles that correct your truck's upper control arm angles while helping to adjust your CV axle angles. The kit also comes with front and rear crossmembers, as well as differential drop brackets that relocate your truck's lower control arms and CV axles to a proper position. The crossmembers are bridged by a skid plate which helps keep your differential protected from damage. The crossmembers, skid plate, and drop brackets are each made out of 1/4" thick steel that's then powder coated to help resist corrosion.

Comes with a 4" Rear Block and Full-Length, Fox 2.0 Rear Shocks

To lift the rear of your truck, BDS includes a new rear block, U-bolts, and nuts that are paired up with longer rear shocks to keep everything running perfectly. BDS' rear blocks completely replace the factory rear blocks and feature an offset pin design that helps to recenter the axle after the lift for improved drivability and wheel and tire fitment. BDS includes a 4" block with offset pins to help recenter your truck's axle after installation. The kit comes standard with a pair of Fox 2.0 rear shocks that are long enough to handle the increased rear ride height provided by the block. The Fox 2.0s feature a gas-charged, monotube design within a 2" diameter, aluminum shock body that work together to give your F150 excellent handling and off-road performance. Each of these kits also includes a new driveshaft spacer, installation instructions, and all of the hardware that you'll need for installation.

Fitment: 2015-2020 F150 4WD

Two-piece driveshaft note: F150s with a two-piece driveshaft will require BDS's carrier bearing shim kit here. Please ensure your F150's driveshaft type before ordering.

Wheel Fitment: This BDS lift kit is not compatible with stock 17" or 18" wheels and will require at least an 18x9" wheel with a maximum of 5.50" to 5" of backspace for proper fitment. Factory 20" FX4 or Platinum wheels can be used, but will be limited to a 305/60R20 tire.

Requires cutting, trimming, and drilling: this lift kit requires trimming, cutting, and drilling of your F150's subframe for install. We strongly recommend a professional installation.

Will not fit 2018-2020 F150 3.0L Powerstrokes: this lift kit will not fit 2018-2020 F150s with a 3.0L Powerstroke diesel due to clearance issues with the rear crossmember. Please call us directly at 623-434-5277 for other lift kit options.

2018 F150 supercab. I see the the max tire size on the stock 20's is 305/60-20. Will a 33x12.50/20 fit without rubbing the coil as its not as high? Assuming its tire to coil spring clearance issues.

A 12.50" wide tire will not fit on the factory wheels. Tire height is not the issue, solely width. The problem is that stock wheels have too much backspacing for a 12.50" wide tire to clear the kit's larger steering knuckles For stock wheels, you'd need to use a narrower tire, though you could stay in the 35" tall range.

2017 F140 Super Crew 4x4. Does this kit make the truck sit dead level or still higher in the rear?

The description talks about wheel specs for 18" rims. Would this kit work with 20x9 wheels (20mm offset) with 35x12.5 tires? thanks

This kit requires a minimum of an 18" wheel to clear the knuckles, so a 20x9" wheel would work. However, you will not be able to fit a 20x9" wheel with a +20mm offset with a 12.50" wide tire on this kit. This kit requires a maximum backspacing 5.50" to clear a 12.50" wide tire. Since a +20mm offset on a 9" wide wheel puts you at 5.8" of backspace, the maximum tire you should use is a 305 wide (12" wide). You would need a 20x9" wheel with a maximum offset of +12mm to clear a 12.50" wide tire.

Will my fox 2.0 Coilovers work well with this BDS 4” suspension lift?

As long as you reuse the strut spacers that are included with this kit. We do recommend setting the coilovers to a 0" stock ride height before you install them with a lift kit.

Would you be able to use this kit with Bilstein 5100s in the front in place of the strut spacers and in the back in place of the BDS shock absorbers?

You would not. The Bilstein 5100s are not long enough to work in a standalone application with either the front or the rear of this lift kit. For the rear, you would need either the Fox 2.0 Rear shock for 4" Lifts, or the Bilstein 5125 Rear Shock for 4" Lifts. Your only real option for the front is the BDS Fox 2.5 Coilover Kit for 4" Lifts.

I bought this kit with the Fox shocks. After installing the kit on my truck. I wasn’t to hype about the look. So my question is, what do I need to bring it up to 6inchs? Thank you.

To get extra front lift, you'd either need to grab an adjustable stock-replacement coilover, a full-length coilover for 6" lift kits, or a 6" lift strut spacer to drop into place of your truck's current strut spacers. For the rear, you'd either need a larger rear block or an add-a-leaf kit depending on what kind of stance you're looking for.

I want to get this kit with the Fox Coilover DSC however currently on a budget. Would I be able to buy and install this kit then install the FOX 2.5 DSC Coilovers for 4" inch lifts down the road? Also the intention is to build an Overland build would this kit work well for moderate off road trails (or would I need to get those Fox coilovers asap?)

Yep. There's no reason why you couldn't get the DSC's down the road and install them at a later date. The base kit is adequate for light to moderate off-road applications. The NX2 rear shocks are pretty decent. Your only real weakness is the stock coilover assembly, though even that will survive some amount of off-roading. You'll just get jarred around a bit out in the dirt.
