Vastly Improves Handling and Stability When Towing and Hauling

The 2015-2020 F150s aren't exactly known as stable handling machines, especially when they're loaded down with a bunch of gear or when they're towing near their GCWRs. If you want to turn your F150 into one of the most stable towing and hauling rigs around, you'll need our complete Front and Rear Hellwig Sway Bar Package. This awesome kit comes with both a front Hellwig Sway Bar as well as one of Hellwig's Adjustable Rate rear sway bars so that both the front and rear of your F150 get improved handling and on-road stability when you're towing or hauling. Hellwig's Adjustable Rate Rear Sway Bar is especially handy and helps mitigate unwanted rear-end sway during everyday street driving, towing, and hauling applications. Hellwig's Front Sway Bar is thicker than stock and made out of more rigid materials which helps reduce front body roll and sway during tight turns so that your F150 feels more planted during street driving. The combination of the two bars can drastically change the driving dynamics of your F150 and give you the handling and stability you need to haul your goodies without having to white-knuckle it all the way to your destination.

Thick, Durable Tubular Chromoly Steel Sway Bars

Both sway bars are made out high-strength materials and come with all the hardware and components you need for a drop-in installation on your F150. The front and rear sway bars are made out of extremely strong chromoly steel that's rigid enough to distribute load across the width of your truck and provide you with excellent levels of handling and stability. The rear sway bar features three different mounting holes that allow you to adjust the roll stiffness of the bar to best suit your intended application. The front sway bar installs right in place of the factory sway bar and even comes with new mounting bushings and brackets. The rear sway bar comes with a pair of adjustable end links, U-bolts, and other hardware so that you can get the sway bar up and running on your F150 right out of the box. Hellwig backs both the front and the rear sway bars with a limited lifetime warranty.

2016 2.7l f150

The quality of this product is amazing. Very strong and will probably out last the truck itself. You will be surprised the difference these sway bars make around turns. I only had one upsetting issue with the front sway bar. The holes that receive the sway bar end links are larger than ford stock end links so you will hear a clunk on every bump.

2019 F-150 FX4

ABSOLUTELY! If you're on the fence, DO IT! I'm not going to say it makes the truck feel like a sport compact, but it does make it feel tighter and more comfortable in turns than my 2015 Explorer at least! Easy install, for the most part. The boxes they arrived in were trashed, but everything arrived. Had an issue with the rear U-Bolts reaching torque before tight. Hellwig customer service was very responsive, and set me a new set of U-Bolts right away. So glad I did this. Much more fun to drive!

2020 F150

I had the rear on my previous truck to aid in towing a my 30' travel trailer. It seemed to make a significant difference. I ordered this set before pick up up my new truck, the sway seemed excessive so I figured it would not hurt. My truck already had a factory front sway bar of similar diameter and probably would not have changed it had I known but since I had it, I installed the front sway bar anyway. Even though the diameter s basically the same the Hellwig is slightly longer and much heavier. Making me wonder what the factory sway bar was made out of. I have not tested it to see if it made a significant difference yet. I did notice that testing the sway now activates the anti sway when this did not happen when test driving the factory configuration. Instructions for the rear could have been better but over all fairly simple install.

Labor Day sale with promo code made the all in price right. Huge improvement in the handling in curves. An impact wrench would make the install move quicker, but it can be done with ratchets/sockets.

2019 F-150 Lariat PowerStroke 2WD

I am not sure why every F-150 owner doesn't get these sway bars... The stability and handling for my F-150 is much improved. I had a Chevy Z 71 Silverado which had a great factory sway bar design. This kit from Stage3 for F-150's will match that performance. NOTE: Their customer service is also very knowledgeable.

2020 F150 Platinum

Quality is nice and superior to factory but it's much heavier. Long install time to adjust right. Little noticeable difference over factory and not worth the money at all. For better ride I'd just buy springs and shocks... this is not worth the price and hassle at all. Save your money!

can these be installed with a airbag support system as well ,like the airlift ride control

The rear sway bar can be installed with air spring kits like the Air Lift RideControl series, since the RideControl springs install between the leaf springs and the frame. The rear sway bar will likely not fit with any air spring kit that installs between the frame and the axle.

Will this kit work with a front leveling kit like the Fox 2.0 on a 2019 F140 4x4 3.0 Powerstroke?

Yep. This kit is not effected by front leveling kits, since the front sway bar is just a replacement for stock, and the rear doesn't matter. The kit will fit a 2019 F150 with a 3.0L Powerstroke diesel.

I understand this package is for towing stability and the affect may be the same, I’m more or less looking to upgrade the sway bars to achieve a more stable and “sporty” feeling from my truck (I know it’s a truck) I just want a more planted and confident feel around corners, will this kit make my truck handle the way I want it to?

They'll help you to some extent, since they'll help prevent some amount of body roll. However, you'll get a much bigger and more effective difference in handling and performance from aftermarket shocks and struts.

Will this work with a 2/4 drop?

It will likely not. We have not tried it personally, but a truck with a 4" drop with an axle flip will likely not be able to install the rear sway bar at all. You should not have issues with the front sway bar, however.
