Corsa came up with this new Xtreme cat-back exhaust kit that turns up the volume and aggression by leaps and bounds over their Sport system. The Corsa SVT Raptor Xtreme cat-back exhaust system is going to be one of the frontrunners when it comes to aggressive cat-back kits and give your Raptor a massive, brutal roar that everyone will instantly notice when your Raptor roars by. Despite its ferocious and vicious sound, the Corsa Xtreme kit has been finely tuned to produce very low levels of drone at idle and cruising and comes backed by Corsa's legendary quality, reliability, and fitment.

High-Quality and Advanced Corsa Exhaust Design

The Corsa Xtreme Cat-Back exhaust kit delivers its brutal exhaust note and extra performance thanks to its advanced muffler design and highly-efficient exhaust tubing. The Xtreme kit features a specially-designed and aggressive muffler that uses Corsa's unique Reflective Sound Cancellation® (RSC®) technology that causes high-pitch and low-frequency sounds to be cancelled out within the muffler, leaving just the deep, throaty tones that your Raptor's big 6.2L V8 really deserves. Each Corsa Xtreme cat-back for the SVT Raptors is made out of 3" mandrel-bent tubing that allows for smoother exhaust outflow than stock for decent power and fuel mileage gains. The entire system is made out of 304 stainless steel and comes topped off with twin 4" tips that come standard in a black finish .

Wheelbase Fitment: this kit will only fit Raptors with a 145" wheelbase (SuperCabs with a 6.5ft bed and SuperCrew with 5.5ft bed). A version for 133" wheelbases is also available.

2013, Ford, F150 Raptor

Fast shipping, item was exactly as described. Clear instructions made installation simple. I love the sound at both startup and under acceleration. Took an 8 hour trip and there's no drone; cruising db are comparable to stock exhaust. I did a lot of research prior to purchase and I am definitely very pleased with this purchase.

2014 Ford SVT Raptor

I love this exhaust and I cannot say anything bad about it. Packaging was excellent. Quality was excellent. Startup sounds aggressive along with acceleration. Zero drone at all and sounds stock in terms of cruising driving. Install took twenty minutes in my driveway with the help of a couple of friends with just a socket wrench.

2013 Ford Raptor

Great exhaust! Very easy installation took about 30 minutes for me personally(with 2 ppl). Exhaust has a very loud growl to it when on the road. Expect your MPGs to go down if not already due to this exhaust. It makes the 6.2L wake up and crack when pressed down. I haven’t tried it towing yet, but have a long drive coming up with a trailer so we’ll see!

Yes, the Corsa Xtreme Kits remove the stock resonator. The Corsa Sport Kits keep the resonator.

Two part question. First, is this Corsa Xtreme emission and noise legal in the State of California? I found a source stating the Sport version is, but have not seen the same for this Xtreme. Second, can the Xtreme version be returned and replaced with the Sport version if I put on the Xtreme version and realize it is so loud it will wake my neighbors just getting out of my driveway? It is so hard to tell what the actual volume would be from the videos. I want loud, including a loud deep rumble at startup and low speeds, but not so loud I make enemies with my neighbors. Thanks!

The Corsa Xtreme cat-back kit is emissions legal in all 50 states. California's noise ordinances are a little weird in that the state-level regulations only govern vehicles under 6000lb GVWRs, which your average Raptor exceeds. However, local ordinances can vary wildly, so your best bet would to check your local rules and regulations regarding exhaust noise. If you're concerned at all about your neighbors, your best bet would be to get the Corsa Sport Kit and just see where you're at with it. If you feel like you can go louder, then all you'd have to do is get a Corsa Resonator Delete Kit to turn your "Sport" system into an "Extreme" system.

Just checking if this will fit a 2010 Raptor super cab with 6.2L? On the actual corsa website I couldn't find the extreme exhaust for 2010, only the sport exhaust.

This kit will not. The kit you'd need for your SVT Raptor is the Corsa Kit for 133" Wheelbases.

Is this compatible with the Stainless works long tube headers? I believe its the factory connect SW headers I wou need to run the corsa. The performance connect only fits to SW cat backs correct?. & I would need a tune, do you do package deals?

You are correct. You would need the Stainless Works Factory Connect Long Tube Header System in order to use this cat-back. A tune would be required for the headers, and your best bet for a package deal with the headers, cat-back, and tuning would be to call us directly at 1-877-578-2433 to see how much money we can save you and to get some more information about your Raptor.

I am looking into this exhaust. I have a 2012 F150 Harley supercrew with 6.2L. I have been reading that the raptor and Harley exhausts are compatible as the flange and pipe diameter is different on these models. Will I be able to use this system on a 2012 Harley F150 supercrew with the 6.2L?

Is there any cutting required to install this on a 2013 raptor?

As long as your truck has a 145" wheelbase (SuperCrew 5.5ft bed), then you will not have to do any cutting or trimming on the Corsa system. However, if you are removing the stock exhaust either on the ground or on jack stands, it is much easier to cut out the factory exhaust.

It does. This is Corsa's "Xtreme" system and includes both a resonator delete and the standard Corsa Sport System.

As long as your Raptor is a SuperCrew/5.5ft bed, then this kit will fit without any cutting and trimming and will also use the factory hangars and mounts.

Unfortunately, it will not. Corsa does not currently offer a version of their Xtreme cat-back series for the 2009-2010 F150s. However, their 2009-2010 F150 Sport Cat-Back is right here.
